Die Bestimmungen der Artikel 136, 137, 138, 139 und 141 der deutschen Verfassung vom 11. August 1919 sind Bestandteil dieses Grundgesetzes.

1919年8月11日のドイツ国憲法（ヴァイマール憲法）第136条、第137条、第138条、第139条および第141条の規定は、この基本法の構成部分とする。
Article 140 [Rights of religious communities]
The provisions of Articles 136, 137, 138, 139 and 141 of the German Constitution of 11 August 1919 shall be an integral part of this Basic Law.
