Artikel 143g[Fortgesetzte Anwendbarkeit von Artikel 107]
Für die Regelung der Steuerertragsverteilung, des Länderfinanzausgleichs und der Bundesergänzungszuweisungen bis zum 31. Dezember 2019 ist Artikel 107 in seiner bis zum Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes zur änderung des Grundgesetzes vom 13. Juli 2017 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
第143g条 [第107条の継続的な適用]
2019年12月31日までの税収配分、諸ラントの財政調整、および連邦財政補充配分の規定については、2017年7月13日の基本法改正法律が効力を発するまでの文言における第107条が引き続き適用されるものとする。
Article 143g [Continued applicability of Article 107]
For the regulation of the distribution of tax revenue, of financial equalisation between Länder and of federal supplementary grants, Article 107 as it stood until the entry into force of the Basic Law Amendment Act of 13 July 2017 shall continue to be applied until 31 December 2019.
