Artikel 118a [Neue Abgrenzung von Berlin und Brandenburg]
Die Neugliederung in dem die Länder Berlin und Brandenburg umfassenden Gebiet kann abweichend von den Vorschriften des Artikels 29 unter Beteiligung ihrer Wahlberechtigten durch Vereinbarung beider Länder erfolgen.

ベルリンおよびブランデンブルク両ラントを含む地域の再編成は、第29条の規定にもかかわらず、有権者も参加する両ラントの合意によって行うことができる。
Article 118a [New delimitation of Berlin and Brandenburg]
The division of the territory comprising Berlin and Brandenburg into Länder may be revised, without regard to the provisions of Article 29, by agreement between the two Länder with the participation of their inhabitants who are entitled to vote.
