Artikel 104d [Finanzielle Unterstützung für Investitionen in Sozialwohnungen]
Der Bund kann den Ländern Finanzhilfen für gesamtstaatlich bedeutsame Investitionen der Länder und Gemeinden (Gemeindeverbände) im Bereich des sozialen Wohnungsbaus gewähren. Artikel 104b Absatz 2 Satz 1 bis 5 sowie Absatz 3 gilt entsprechend.
第104d条 [公営住宅への投資に対する財政援助]
連邦は、公営住宅の分野における諸ラントおよび市町村（市町村連合）による全国家的に重要な投資に対する財政援助を諸ラントに給付することができる。第104b条第2項の第1文から第5文および第3項は、これを準用する。
Article 104d [Financial assistance for investments in social housing]
The Federation may grant the Länder financial assistance for investments of significance to the nation as a whole on the part of the Länder and municipalities (associations of municipalities) in social housing. The first five sentences of paragraph (2), as well as paragraph (3) of Article 104b, shall apply, mutatis mutandis.
