Artikel 103 [Rechtliches Gehör, Verbot rückwirkender Strafgesetze und der Doppelbestrafung]
(1) Vor Gericht hat jedermann Anspruch auf rechtliches Gehör.
(2) Eine Tat kann nur bestraft werden, wenn die Strafbarkeit gesetzlich bestimmt war, bevor die Tat begangen wurde.
(3) Niemand darf wegen derselben Tat auf Grund der allgemeinen Strafgesetze mehrmals bestraft werden.
第103条 [法的審問、刑法の遡及および二重処罰の禁止]
(1) 何人も、裁判所において、法的審問を請求する権利を有する。
(2) いかなる行為も、行為が行われる前に、法律で処罰できると規定されているのでなければ、処罰することができない。
(3) 何人も、同一の行為について、一般刑法の根拠に基づいて、重ねて処罰されることはない。
Article 103 [Court hearings, inadmissibility of retroactive criminal legislation and double jeopardy]
(1) In court everybody is entitled to a hearing in accordance with the law.
(2) An act may be punished only if it constituted a criminal offence under the law before the act was committed.
(3) Nobody may be punished for the same act more than once under general criminal legislation.
